After twenty years of working in the fashion industry, Cesarina transitioned into the real estate entrepreneurship business. The demanding nature of the fashion industry had prepared her for the high-level performance and focus required to meet deadlines in the real estate industry. Starting out as an assistant property manager, she found joy in helping people reorganize their finances and transition into becoming property owners, which helped her smoothly transition into real estate entrepreneurship.
Representing sellers and buyers to achieve their goals and dreams of selling, buying, or renting homes gave her great satisfaction. Her expertise in navigating the residential real estate market equipped her with the necessary tools to negotiate and make the right decisions. She enjoyed working with first-time home buyers as well as investors, and had partnerships with other agents throughout the United States real estate market. Her areas of expertise were the Bronx, Lower Westchester, Rockland, and Orange County.
Her biggest achievement would be acquiring and providing housing to people with special needs and disabled adults with their families. As a proud member of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Realtors), National Association of Realtors (NAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and NYS Minority Woman Business Enterprise (MWBE), she was dedicated to serving her clients with excellence.
