Chace Fraser

A University of Idaho graduate and former PGA Golf Instructor, I specialize in the purchase and sale of multi-family investment properties in the Portland metro area. I am known for outstanding client service, clear and concise communication, and knowing the importance of perfecting the fundamentals of any endeavor to maximize gain.

Prior to real estate, I spent nearly twenty years in the golf industry, filling many roles such as caddy, head golf professional, high school golf coach, and golf instructor. I grew up on an apple orchard in North Central Washington, where I developed a strong work ethic that I still use to meet and exceed my clients’ needs. I am goal oriented and a passionate learner who is continuously seeking to grow personally and professionally. Some of my favorite books include Rich Dad Poor Dad and The Richest Man in Babylon, among many others.

I am a Northwest native and enjoy outdoor activities, including hiking and camping with my fiancée, being on the golf course, playing the guitar and creating music with friends, teaching and/or sharing what I’ve learned with other people, and friendly banter about sports (go Seahawks!).
