Chad Adams

Chad Adams is a full-time real estate agent in Kentucky specializing in the Greater Lexington area, also known as the Bluegrass region. He started out working for one of the most training-specific brokerages and teams in the state to learn and hone the skills needed to become a top agent that focuses on clients first. After building his business for several years, he decided to make a move to Lifstyl Real Estate Brokerage and create his own real estate company. His partners and he launched EVERHOME Real Estate Group in March of 2021.

As long as he could remember, he has always had an interest in real estate, which started as a focus on real estate investing. It was not until he became a licensed agent and started helping families find homes that he realized his passion for helping others in this industry. He has learned that the key to success in this field is building relationships, which is something that comes naturally to him. He has always lived by the golden rule, and it has served him well as a real estate agent. If you truly have the best interest of your clients at heart, then the relationship will be built on trust.
