I have used Chad for 4 real estate transactions - 3 purchases and 1 sale. At the end of each transaction, I knew with no doubt in my mind that I received the best deal I possibly could and that Chad worked incredibly hard on my behalf. He's highly responsive, professional, diligent and very knowledgeable. On our most recent transaction, a sale, not only did Chad have to deal with some uncooperative tenants, he implemented a marketing strategy that ultimately netted us about 10% more than we were expecting and 10% more than what the then current market would have dictated. I look forward to using Chad for many future transactions.

Great guy and company but my only advice is get your own home inspection. His inspector missed mold on the baseboard under my sink. Not his fault just my 2 cents.
