Since moving to Doylestown in 1990, Chad has personally lived BuxMont (Bucks and Montgomery Counties) for nearly 27 years. After attending Central Bucks West High School, Chad went on to graduate from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance & investment. After college, Chad moved back to the Philadelphia area, where he worked as a sales manager in the residential home building industry for both C&M Home Builders and Pulte Homes. After years of selling new construction homes, he decided to leave residential real estate and take an investment sales position with Fameco Commercial Real Estate. There he specialized in the sale of retail shopping centers and land acquisition. From 2010 to 2012, Chad worked in asset management & commercial loan underwriting for retail and multifamily development projects throughout the Philadelphia region. In 2013, Chad joined Keller Williams Real Estate and founded the CB Real Estate Group. He rapidly became one of the area’s top-producing agents and most recently ranked in the top 3% of Bucks County Realtors in overall production. Beyond his experience in various facets of real estate, Chad prides himself on professionalism, an ability to listen, and effective communication from day one. Without these attributes, important information can be overlooked, goals can be unobtainable, and expectations won’t be met. Chad believes success is obtained by finding yourself in a better position than when you started. This is why his success is client driven and by their willingness to refer their family, closest friends, and neighbors. Today Chad lives in Doylestown with his wife Tricia, and two children Cole and Emerson. He is actively involved in the community, as well as various charitable organizations. He enjoys spending time with his children, traveling, saltwater fishing, the beach, and Philadelphia sports.
