Chad Bush

Chad is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and operator with more than 22 years of experience spanning a variety of asset classes. His early focus was on commercial real estate, and he built an extensive resume of successful developments in the apartment, retail, office, medical, and storage sectors. In order to diversify his holdings, he gradually shifted his attention to corporate assets. Through a multi-pronged strategy consisting of acquisitions, turnarounds, and de novo store developments, Chad and his partners turned a 2-store portfolio into 40+ stores, becoming the largest franchisee within the Pet Supplies Plus system.

Chad served on the Board of Trustees of the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation for 7 years in various capacities, culminating with his appointment as Chairman. In addition, Chad served on the Board of Trustees for Mary Free Bed Hospital, serving as Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee as well as being a member of the Executive Committee.

Chad received his BA in Finance as well as his MBA from Michigan State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) designation.
