Chad helped us through the process of selling our home. He met me and my wife to personally discuss different options available including current market trends. He showed us different game plans and effective strategies to help us sell our house in an orderly and quick fashion. Chad acted to our best interest when providing advices and answered all our questions. His in depth knowledge helped us tremendously navigate our decision making. He is always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond assisting us since we are moving out of state. Thank you Chad! Our family are forever grateful.

My wife and I have worked with Chad for nearly two years now. He has guided us through the entire process of purchasing a lot to build our new home, finding and interviewing contractors and finally with the listing and sale of our previous home. This was a new experience for us, but Chad made the process simple and we could always count on him to go the extra mile for us. He was always available and eager to help however he could. We were especially pleased with his handling of the sale of our previous home. He had us well prepared each step of the way and the listing, negotiation and closing were quick and painless. He knows his stuff!
