Chad help me and my wife find a place with a room large enough to put a pool table in a room which was no easy task!! He diligently found properties to review and after a short time he found the one. Highly recommend. We reached out to Chad on a Sunday evening about a home, and he was able to have us in the house the next day for a showing. Chad is an amazing Real Estate Agent! We bought a house in NC while living in NY. He helped us every step of the way. He even (patiently) answered my 1,000,000 questions about new construction. He took frequent pictures for us so we can see the progress. We spoke so often during this process that afterwards, we are still friends. Our kids play together and our families go to each other's parties. Not only is Chad a great Real Estate Agent, he is a great person in general. What started off as a Facebook message as a realtor, turned into our dream home in NC and a new good family friend. I would recommend Chad to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a house.

We highly recommend working with Chad at Clover Realty Group in Fuquay-Varina. New to NC, we relied heavily on Chad's deep knowledge of real estate, the Triangle area, neighborhoods, and HOAs. Chad is extremely reliable, punctual, honest, and cared about us finding a home we were going to be happy with. Although we were looking for a bit of a unicorn house, Chad helped us find the right home and close the deal efficiently. As a true value-add, Chad also put us in touch with tried-and-true contractors to perform some of the work needed. While real estate purchasing can be a stressful experience, having Chad in our corner made the difference!

Chad was wonderful to work with. He helped us with getting our house ready to list (deciding what to invest in repairs and upgrades before listing) all the way through closing on our new home. Our home was new construction and he was always available to answer our questions and reach out to our contractors with concerns. He will help be your eyes and ears when you can’t be there. He truly kept our best interest in mind and I would use him again in an instance if I needed to move again.

In a crazy housing market, I was looking for a realtor who was willing to work on my behalf, looking for a house that I could make my own. A realtor who truly loved what they do, who could be the advisor with knowledge and creative ideas on how I could make a house my own, not just show me turn key, zero touch houses that were someone else's style. I was looking for a realtor with contacts who I could reach out to, to do work that I couldn't do myself, and to give me an idea of what it would take to find the dream house that I was looking for. Chad encompassed all of this. His experience in renovations himself, Chad gave me ideas on how I could potentially make rooms look the way I was hoping, give me an idea of the effort, and share his love of barn doors style doorways. When I found my place, he was the first to congratulate me and walk through with the housing inspector to help me decide in prioritization of what needed to be resolved and not. He was open to my indecisive search in all areas, sending listings day and night and looking into comparable properties to give me the fighting chance to find my house. I would definitely work with him again.
