Chad graduated from the TTU with a Business degree in 1997. He jumped straight into real estate right after graduation by purchasing his first piece of property. He and his wife, Amy, immediately decided to start a husband & wife real estate team.

Chad is an active member of the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He adheres to a strict code of ethics and educational requirements. Chad attends more than the yearly required educational courses and strives to go beyond so that he is well-prepared to assist his clients at a higher level. He obtained his GRI, Graduate of Realtors Institute in 2005 and has achieved the Lifetime of Excellence Status, meaning that he received the Award of Excellence 5 years in a row & has maintained it since his first year in real estate.
