While some agents specialize in a specific neighborhood or territory, Chad has a history of success representing clients across Flagstaff, as well as second-home owners throughout Arizona, Nevada, and California. Thoughtful, organized, and dependable, Chad takes the time to truly get to know his clients, listen to their wants and needs, and help them make informed decisions, consistently going beyond to generate the absolute best results.

Chad joins The Agency from Realty ONE Group and Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, where he was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ in 2016 for Northern Arizona and set the record for the #3 largest transaction ever on the Flagstaff MLS. Chad was also featured on HGTV’s House Hunters Flagstaff episode, where he saved his buyers $125K on a $1M home. Prior to his career in real estate, Chad spent 20 years advancing through the ranks of Firefighter and Paramedic, a role which instilled in him the ability to remain calm under pressure, analyze a challenge and effectively work toward a solution, traits which translate seamlessly to real estate.

Originally from Prescott, Arizona, Chad grew up in Alaska and moved back to Arizona in his teens. Chad spent four years in the U.S. Marine Corps and then went on to earn a B.A. with honors in Leadership in Emergency Management from Grand Canyon University. A former competitive triathlete, when Chad is not representing clients in real estate, he enjoys swimming, biking, and running regularly in the Flagstaff mountains. Living close to the world’s largest ponderosa forest, he and his wife often set out on their ATVs to explore the great outdoors. Chad supports Second Chance Center for Animals and Flagstaff Family Food Center.
