About Chad
Chad started his adventures in Real Estate in 2012; and it has been very fulfilling for him. He enjoys listening to his client’s needs during the search to find their perfect home. Their homes say so much about the owner, and he is honored to be part of the process. He has been working in client relations for over 20+ years; his goal is to make a move as stress-free as possible. He has always been the go-to guy when it comes to someone needing something. His clients know they can call him when they need someone to replace their sidewalk or a personal chef service. He has the perfect person for them.
He feels giving back to the community is essential. In the past, his partner Rey and he have been Foster Parents but found that it would be best if they served as CASA’s. This way, they can focus on making a more significant difference in the child’s life. Every 4th July they host a massive party at their home for about 250-300 people. They have turned this event into a supply drive for Cherry Park Elementary School in SE Portland. They asked for people attending the event to bring a donation of either school supplies, backpacks, kid’s clothes for the donation closet, and food for their food pantry. He is happy to say they have been able to fill a U-Haul truck with donations for the school, and he is looking forward to doing it again in future years. This school had touched their hearts when they witnessed first-hand how hard these teachers work for the kids, while their foster kids attended the school. In the past, he has also volunteered for the Cascade AIDS Project for five years and the Oregon Food Bank.
When he is not sitting at his computer or behind the wheel of his car searching for homes for his clients, he is taking care of his rescue dogs, Cooper, and Charlie. He can also be found in the wine county, enjoying a day of wine tasting. When he gets the chance to leave town, he is either in Europe exploring all the architecture and culture of the country he is visiting offers or in Hawaii visiting his partner’s family.
When working with him, clients will find that he is always around to answer your questions. When he is away on vacation, he is never away. He will have a member of his fantastic team watching over each transaction, as well as he is still always checking his email and returning his calls. He does not want his clients to feel that he is left them hanging while he is away. He prides himself on follow up and providing superior levels of service. By doing these simple things, he knows he can make a move less stressful.
