What is a CRS?

Just 2% of all REALTORS® have earned the right to use the CRS designation. The designation represents classroom training, study, and documented sales transactions. CRS stands for Certified Residential Specialist. A CRS specializes in residential real estate. CRS means networking with other professionals to acquire knowledge and ideas to better serve the real estate buying and selling public.
