Chad Faulkner

I, Chad Faulkner am a life long resident of Winder Ga. I grew up in and around Winder and graduated from Winder Barrow High School where I excelled in football and wrestling. I went on to Mars Hill College on a football scholarship. After a few years of college, I started my own business "Faulkner Tree Service". I've operated this business for over 23 years, and now my son, Colin, is a partner. Along the way I bought and sold real estate, brokered and guided hunts all over the country and Canada. I decided last year, with all my experience in real estate, I would become a Realtor. I'm currently a Realtor at Community First Realty (Braselton Office) as well as running Faulkner Tree Service and SAS Outdoor Services (a land brush clearing business). I truly know customer service and hard work is what it takes to be successful. No one will put the hours in and work as hard as I will to help you obtain your real estate needs.
