About Chad
Chad Frampton has been with the company since 1987. Prior to moving to Anchorage, he was a partner in a real estate company that managed office, retail and industrial properties. His expertise includes sales, leasing, marketing, consulting, and property valuation. He has overseen all aspects of the company including building and land sales, leasing, management, budgeting and business administration.
Chad has lived in Anchorage since 1982. He and his wife, Kristen, have two grown children, both of whom live in Alaska. He enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, and fishing. He is a past President and member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, and has been a speaker at the annual BOMA Real Estate Forecast Luncheon on multiple occasions.
