Chad Gibson

Chad and Susanne Gibson were college sweethearts and in 2022 celebrated 25 years of marriage. Together they have two beautiful daughters – McKinley & Ainsley and in June of 2023 will gain a son-in law, Matt. You don’t have to spend much time with the Gibson’s to know that faith and family are the foundation of who they are and that they are passionate about serving & helping people. Not every couple enjoys working together, but Chad and Susanne love it, and it shows in everything they do.

For 19 years, the Gibson’s have called North Texas their home. This real estate power duo brings their clients a wealth of expertise, professionalism, and compassion. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Chad's background was in finance, sales, and marketing, which prepared him well for real estate. Chad’s emphasis is on relationships over transactions with people at the heart of his business and his decision-making. Chad understands moving and how market trends impact the local homeowner.

Susanne’s love of real estate began at an early age. Both of her parents were REALTORS® and she grew up watching them navigate the market, buy & sell homes, and manage commercial & residential properties. Turning her love for real estate into a career was a natural choice for Susanne.
