The Gwin Team is a bilingual family run operation with decades of experience and is committed to providing a level of service that is unrivaled in the industry. When they are not giving their all for their clients you can find them at the ball fields, basketball courts, PTO's, school councils, serving at church, and other local community events. Chad and Mafe are proud parents of Brandon, Matthew, and Lucas who are full of joy and love and are constantly on the go! Chad specializes in Commercial Real Estate with a concentration on office, retail, mixed use, and restaurant sales, as well as landlord rep and tenant rep. Chad is heavily involved in coaching youth sports with the goals of teaching the sport, helping young ones overcome adversity, and helping develop better citizens and young men.
