About Chad

Chad is co-founder and managing member of CR Holland Real Estate and CR Holland Construction. Chad is a highly motivated and hardworking individual who genuinely cares about his clients and his team members and strives to build lasting relationships. Chad formed the CR Holland companies on the foundation of Customer Satisfaction and honesty being the utmost priorities.

Chad started his career as a real estate development consultant specializing in mixed-use, hotel, multifamily and single-family residential projects. Chad has developed more than $500 million in Real Estate throughout the last 10 years. He is responsible for the overall operations of the company, including employee management, strategic planning, and business development. Chad is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), ICSC Illinois Government Relations Committee, Statewide Illinois ICSC Alliance Committee, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois (RASI), National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and he is also a Board Member of the Estates at Prairie Crossing Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors. Since the founding of CR Holland in 2007, Chad has grown the company to include Development Management, Construction Management and Consulting, Student Housing and Apartment Development, Property Management and Residential & Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.

Chad has lived in the O’Fallon area for the past 35 years. He and his wife Marcie and two daughters are members of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and are also members of the St. Clare Community. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy. In his spare time, you are likely to find him at the O'Fallon Family Sports Park coaching his daughter’s soccer team,
