Chad’s previous work experience aligns well with home ownership, having roots in the construction industry stretch back to his earliest days, influenced by his grandfather's substantial drywall enterprise. As a local his went to Rockwall High School, before venturing into the plumbing sector while pursuing his education at Westwood College. So he knows this area well! His career trajectory took him towards the commercial AC field and after earning his degree from Westwood College, Chad embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding his own landscaping business - a venture he nurtured from inception.
More recently Chad expanded his expertise into the roofing industry, specializing in assisting homeowners with hail damage claims and navigating the complexities of insurance settlements. While successfully managing his landscaping business, Chad pursued further education at Champions Real Estate School and his dedication culminated in him obtaining his Real Estate License.
On a personal note, Chad cherishes his role as a father to his adorable three-year-old daughter, who holds a special place in his heart. In his free time Chad is a dirt track racing champion having raced at many tracks across the great state of Texas.
