Chad was born and raised in Stanley, North Carolina. He is the father of two great kids, three dogs, four chickens, and one rabbit! After working in the restaurant industry for several years, he began his path in to the world of sales and marketing. Through the years he has gained a vast knowledge that has helped shaped him into who he is today. Everything from retail, multi-family sales, outside sales, property management, and even investment/acquisition firms. Living in Gaston/Lincoln Counties for most of his life, it gives him a great foundation for what is happening in the market.
