Chad helped my husband and I find our current home. We had a baby and needed more space and a larger lot. Chad was amazing, sending us lots of different options and adjusting every time we changed our mind. My husband and I didn’t necessarily know what we wanted and Chad was amazing at helping us figure out what we wanted and so patient when my husband and I were not on the same page 😜. The day we closed on our house, we encountered an unexpected issue with the sellers and he was on it immediately and was able to resolve it quickly and keep us informed the whole time. My husband and I talk often about how happy we are in our new house and what a difference it has made and will make in our lives. I am so grateful for Chad, we would not be here without him. If you need a realtor, I could not recommend him more highly. He is honest and patient and will work tirelessly to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.

We started working with Chad in Dec 2019. I have 2 kids and have nowhere near the amount of patience that Chad had with us throughout this process. We saw houses from Mt Juliet to Brentwood and a couple down in Smyrna. We eventually closed on July 31, 2020 are numerous showings and contracts. Chad was extremely professional and patient. I would highly recommend him if you're searching for a home. The best part was he was extremely honest and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. He will lay out Pros and Cons with everything property you view.

After having a nightmare encounter with a Zillow Realtor, a good friend recommended Chad - and he definitely exceeded mine and my husbands expectations! It was our first time buying a home so we were extremely nervous, but Chad was very easy to talk to, and we knew we could trust him not only because of my friends recommendation, but the fact that when we first spoke to him we could tell he was a very honest down to earth person.

Our home buying process went so smoothly! Chad made it feel less daunting, and was there to guide us and answer our questions (believe me we had a lot since it was a totally new process).

He’ll definitely fight for you too! Especially if you buy from one of those big builders. He also recommended a great inspector who had awesome prices.

When it comes time to sell our home and upgrade I’m definitely going to use Chad again, and I’d recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I can not say enough good things about Chad! My husband and I had to leave a house we absolutely loved and relocate for family. It was a stressful time and Chad was there every step of the way. He made everything so comfortable and took on every question and problem we had with positivity and helpfulness. I will be forever thankful that we had Chad as a realtor. He went above and beyond for us and I know this would not have been possible without him.
