About Chad

Chad is a lifelong resident of the Deerfield Valley. He was born in Brattleboro, VT, and raised in Wilmington attending Deerfield Valley Elementary School and graduating from Wilmington High School. He has endured many different careers over the years including Real Estate, owning his own painting and window-washing business, and being a founding member of Wahoo’s Eatery to name a few.
He enjoys cooking, walks, soccer, gardening, and spending time with his family and friends. He currently lives in Jacksonville with his fiancé Anne, two sons Alex and Trey, dog Sophie and his chickens.
He is a member of the Southern Vermont Board of Realtors, the Vermont Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Chad prides himself on his extensive knowledge and familiarity with the area and his honesty, integrity, diligence, and his willingness to go the extra mile while working for his clients and customers.
