A longtime top producer and winner of Realtor of the Year and Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR), Chad has a diverse portfolio of expertise. His transactions range from build-ready land to commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Born and raised in Georgia's capital city, Chad is intrinsically familiar with the area's residential and commercial real estate market. Known for his resiliency and unshakably calm demeanor, Chad is a seasoned negotiator who provides steady-handed guidance for buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the many processes involved in a successful closing.

Chad has always had a passion for real estate. He truly enjoys the “hunt” for a client's best home, investment property, or piece of land. He works to exceed his client's expectations, and he always does. Chad loves the energy surrounding the transaction itself and is always committed to making a great deal for his clients.

In addition to his career as an agent, Chad also works with American Resort Management as Director of Development for the Southeast Region, identifying and analyzing potential opportunities to develop resort projects while tapping into his relationships with owners, brokers, and financial institutions in the region.

In his free time, Chad can be found staying active at the gym or spending time with his wife of 20 years and their daughter at nearby Lake Lanier or the family beach house in Florida.
