We were lucky enough to have had a family member hand pick Chad from the large number of brokers that he knows. Chad made himself available when we needed him. He gave us good estimates on what fixes in certain houses would run us so that by the time we finished a walk through we knew if the house was a viable option. He's good with kids and at the end of the day he helped us find our forever home with the least amount of buyers pain possible. I'm happy to say that we absolutely recommend him.

Chad works really hard for his clients and he keeps working until the job is done! This is my second time working with Chad and I will work with him again when it's time to sell. This time the sale of my home was difficult because of a lawsuit involving the condominium association and the builder. The buyer had to be all cash or hard money and had to qualify with the City of Rocklin-he took care of it all, the house is sold and a new one in contract. Thanks Chad for all your hard work to make my sell/buy experience successful and fun! I highly recommend working with him.

I have known Chad for over 6 years and he has helped my family purchase two homes and sell another.
