Chad Roraback

If you are looking for maturity and professionalism, Chad is your guy. The pertinent but boring facts are he achieved an Economics degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA and subsequently co-managed over $250 Million in assets at Prudential Securities, Inc. in Seattle, WA prior to entering his real estate career at Abbey Realty, Inc. in Lacey, WA. As an associate real estate broker, he’s sold over 400 residential and commercial properties worth over $120 Million in King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston Counties. In addition, as an investor/builder he’s constructed/remodeled over 100 Olympia area single family homes. On to the personal stuff, Chad married these two yahoos’ (Josh and Matt) sister 10 years ago and have 3 handsome (inherited from their mother of course) rambunctious boys. He loves athletics, both as a fan (to an unhealthy level, especially when it comes to the Seahawks) and a participant (these days his body allows him to at least get around on the golf links). In sum, Chad wouldn’t trade places with anybody (except maybe a Boston sports fan), he absolutely loves practicing real estate as it provides a great deal of reward and utilizes his greatest skills.
