About Chad

Chad Simpson is a proud native of Gaston County, but as soon as he was able to, he sought adventure and left to experience the rest of what the Carolinas had to offer. After living in Raleigh, Rock Hill, and Hickory, he decided to come back and plant his roots. Chad loves North Carolina and currently calls the quaint little city of Belmont, NC home. He is married to his real estate broker wife, Jenn, and they have an 11 year old daughter named Karli and their little boy Wylie Cash just turned a year old on March 1st.

Chad's background is in retail. At 18 years old he got his first job at the local Autozone and didn't leave the company for nearly 20 years. He climbed the ladder quickly and made "Rookie of the year" in his first year as District Manager. Dealing with customers and commercial accounts came naturally to him. Retail taught Chad to appreciate what the customer wants and to see it from their perspective.
