Chad Smith grew up immersed in real estate, learning from his grandparents’ successful brokerage. Inspired by their example, he became a licensed Tennessee Realtor in 2005, building his career on integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.
With degrees in Business Administration and Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University, Chad’s background includes production roles in Nashville’s music industry and a 6 year career with FedEx. This allowed Chad to sharpen his problem-solving and client-focused skills.
