I found Chad as a realtor by requesting info on a Zillow posting. I am so thankful that Zillow had Chad answer my questions. My husband and I were new to the home buying process and did not have a realtor yet. I am grateful every day that Chad was there to guide us every step of the way. His knowledge and willing to help you find YOUR perfect home was top notch. He was willing to go above and beyond (even answering questions on the weekends) to make sure that our needs/wants were met. He stuck by us through being under contract and then backing out because of an inspection and he never wavered and was always very professional. We drug him from house to house finally finding the one for us. During our walk through he was climbing under houses on top of roofs and doing everything he could to make sure we were getting a good home. I cannot recommend him enough. Chad buy far is one of the most dedicated people I have ever worked with and when its time to sell this home and get a different one he will be my first call!!

Chad is the man!

My husband and I worked with Chad to purchase our first multi-family investment property, and we couldn't have had a better experience.

Throughout the entire process Chad was professional, proactive, accommodating, responsive, kind, and personable. Chad worked for us, and at our pace, never making us feel pressured to make a move we weren't comfortable with. We had little knowledge and experience entering this process, but Chad was our greatest advocate, motivator, and teacher. We chose to have Chad sell our home after he bought and sold multiple home for a family member. Our house was no big ticket item which turned off other realtors. But didn't stop Chad from taking on the task. Chad was professional and punctual through the whole process. He also sold our home for way higher then we expected. We had a tight time frame we needed to meet from moving into our next home. He had multiple offers and options lined up for us in a very short time frame. He also is able to assist in repairs that was needed before the sale and showed options in investment and return if needed on repairs with his family construction business.
