Chad is awesome! He goes out of his way to help the client when he doesn't have to. I had contacted several realtors prior to calling Chad and they were either lazy, stuck-up, or unwilling. I saw Chad's number on a house searching site and am so glad I called him! We love our home in Mound, and he made that possible. When we're ready for an upgrade, you better believe I'm calling him and no one else! Top notch service and a genuine guy! Hard to find these days!!!

Chad is an outstanding realtor! He provided us with a wealth of knowledge/resources to help us prepare and sell our former home, and helped us secure our new home as one of multiple other buyers who were interested in the home during a "seller's market." He explained all of the steps to buying and selling a home thoroughly and helped make the whole process less stressful.
