Combining his MBA with experience in corporate negotiations, business development & management; Chad provides his clientele vital expertise and analytical tools rarely offered by Real Estate professionals. His experience in the international marketplace is an excellent complement to his high level of education and extensive business and practical knowledge. A licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) & Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) he serves buyers and sellers of distinctive homes in Sacramento’s finest neighborhoods. Chad employs a combination of his business & financial acumen, creativity & collaborative skills, to engage, educate & empower his clients.

The result is a sense of mutual trust and the ability of his clients to make informed decisions rather than strictly emotional ones in their real estate transactions. A native of Ontario, Canada, Chad grew up on a farm where his core values of reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness were formed. He received his advanced business degree from the prestigious Williams College of Business at Xavier University.

Subsequently, he spent several years in business management at Toyota Boshoku America and TransFreight LLC where he negotiated and managed the company’s Austrian Division, and in Germany, the largest consulting project in company history.

Returning to the United States and earning his citizenship, Chad settled in Sacramento and was drawn to real estate by the opportunity to assist individuals and families in achieving their personal goals. His love for Sacramento, nurtured by its solid sense of community, affordability, and abundance of cultural and recreational opportunities. Chad is guided by the Japanese philosophy of “Kaizen,” a strong belief in continuous improvement that inspires him to constant achievement through ongoing education in his field and quality interaction with his clients.
