Chad Vanderwall

Chad’s knowledge, within the Commercial Real Estate field, spans areas such as representing landlords/owners in retail and office leasing, investment properties, self-storage opportunities, and business opportunity sales.

Chad has a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate earned through five years in the industry. His experience, combined with his stringent work ethic for every task, always striving to correctly identify client needs; provides focused and sound strategies for his clients.

Chad graduated from Western Michigan University where he had a double major in Exercise Science and Interdisciplinary Health Studies. He worked as a Strength and Condition coach for 10 years and is an active golfer, and hockey player. Chad and his wife Rena live in Kalamazoo with their son Charlie, and two dogs Simon and Sloane.
