Chad went above and beyond to make selling my house both successful and stress free. I was making a long distance move which was quite overwhelming. Chad helped me through the process of preparing to list to make the sale successful. And I was able to hand over the keys and feel comfortable and confident he would do his best to close a great deal. The outcome was faster and more successful than I could have hoped. Chad was my realtor for about a year and showed me around 4 or 5 houses and did his research on all of them before showing them to me to ensure I knew about the pros and cons of them. His schedule is VERY flexible as far as showings go and didn't push anything on me unless I was sure about it. Finally I found a house that I really wanted that was in my price range and he gave me a list of leverage options to make my offer stand out more than others and I got the house! I would highly recommend calling Chad zandi if you are in the market to buy a house

Would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! He was professional and friendly through the entire selling and buying process. He gave very helpful advice for getting our home ready to list and got our home sold fast at a number we were very happy with. He was always very responsive with any questions we had and very available to go to showings for houses we were interested in seeing. He helped us find our forever home and was with us through the selling and buying process all the way through closing. We couldn't be more happy with our new home and how easy Chad made the whole process!

My experience couldn't have been better. We were having to sell my father-in-laws house in Oshkosh with no family me.eber closer than 4 hours away. He helled us find people to do the estate sale, make repairs and get the house ready to sell. He kept us updated and in the loop on everything. The house sold very quickly and and above our asking price. Would give him a 10 out of 10.
