Chadonia was patient, encouraging, and confident that the right house for us was out there and waiting to be found. She counseled us on the market, provided great advice, and allowed us to make the decisions that were best for us during every step of the way. Chadonia is beyond amazing! She made the whole process as easy as possible! . Early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful. Chadonia was an amazing agent and person. She was willing to answer any and all questions I had, and if she didn’t have the answer she would make sure she found out an answer for me. She is extremely nice and pleasant to be around. I also like that she encouraged me to include my parents in the home buying process (I’m only 20 and this is my first house) and was happy to answer any questions they had as well. Anything you need, Chadonia will do her best to make sure it is done. We had some bumps in the road due to uncontrollable things on other ends, but she always had a smile and made it just feel like an inconvenience instead of a disappointment. You won’t go wrong with choosing her as your agent.
