Chaim was born in South Africa and raised in Brooklyn. He has seen Brooklyn undergo a massive transformation. He opened Midbrook to bridge the gap in the center of Brooklyn. He thinks that the center of Brooklyn is overlooked by many people. Midwood, Ditmas Park and Flatbush are diverse, safe, beautiful and accessible to all parts of the city.
