Chan Phillips Real Estate (CPRE) was founded April 20, 2022 by GA Real Estate Agent Chan Phillips. After being laid off from one of the top corporate iBuyer real estate brokerages on the east coast at the time; a newly found passion for self empowerment & business efficiency molded and continues to mold what is now Chan Phillips Real Estate. Licensed in June 2016 with more than 100 transactions closed, experience & expertise are the foundation of CPRE . We realize that technology is a great asset in real estate and we also understand it will never replace the importance of relationships in this industry.
