Throughout Chan’s career, he has truly enjoyed learning about all that goes into a home buying/selling deal. Chan is also present in the multi-family market, helping investors and multi-generational families earn the most for their home or to locate the perfect fit.

Chan bought his first home at the age of 19, which served as the catalyst for his passion for real estate. He flipped his first home and realized he wanted to share his knowledge with friends, family, and referrals. He has devoted his time to learning the ins and outs of real estate for his client's benefit to make it an enjoyable journey.
