Chandra Ashford

Real Estate, much like a movie, is about finding the perfect location for your life – and Chandra Ashford knows location. In her prior work as a filmmaker, Chandra was the gal you went to in order to help you choose the best spot to make your movie. Real estate was a natural segue. Born and raised in Monterey California, Chandra moved to Portland after receiving her degree in film studies from California State Monterey Bay. Her love affair with Old Portland homes and all things PNW fuels her desire to help people with all things related to buying and selling homes.

As a buyer’s agent, Chandra guides her clients through identifying the perfect property and then acts as their advocate during negotiations and makes sure that they are completely informed about the process. When listing a home, Chandra is committed to her clients being in the best position possible when they go to sell. Her listings are well priced, extensively advertised, and her seller’s are prepared for the ever changing conditions of the real estate market and the rigor of the buyers home inspections. Chandra believes that the business of real estate is all about communication. Her clients will tell you that she answers her phone, she returns their emails promptly, and she treats them the way that she wants to be treated. Chandra listens to the needs of her clients and that understanding influences the process from start to finish.

When she isn’t working tirelessly to find you a home or get your house sold, Chandra may be getting another tattoo, reading, eating vegan food or hanging out with her family and friends, and menagerie of animals (especially Pickes the Pom).
