Growing up in the Monterey/Santa Cruz area, Chandra Ashford graduated from California State Monterey Bay with a degree in film. She has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years now, first as an assistant like Erica and then soon after as a licensed broker. She has lived in Oregon for over fifteen years and has had two children go through the Portland public school system. You will likely find her with either a coffee or a Pomeranian in her hand at all times (sometimes both).
