Chandra Woods was an all star professional when it came to assisting my family buying our new home. She left no question unanswered, and made sure we were informed on all aspects of the construction of our house.She was a wonderful counsel when it came to dealing with the contractor and final inspection of the home. When I decided to sell my home I reached out to Chandra woods. Best decision I made by far. She really took time to explain the process and strategy (which I admit wasn't easy dealing with me lol) but she was on top of everything and on day one of listing I had 3 offers. I sold my home on the first day making the money I wanted. I have linked her up with my daughter and my son's mom who is now buying. We all are very happy with her. she is very good at get job!

If you are looking for a Realtor who has your best interest and is all about you, then Ms. Chandra Woods is that person. Ms. Woods assisted me throughout the process and held my hands every step of the way, and I never felt alone. Additionally, she was able to help me in obtaining added incentives, and when the builder attempted to get over on me, she was able to support me with documentation, etc. She is warm, friendly, and inviting and has a great personality, and I will work with her again.

Chandra Woods was professional and knowledgeable about the real estate process. After giving her a list of the criteria I was looking for in a home, she showed me properties that met my expectations, however, in the end I decided to build. Chandra helped me through each stage of this process and provided assistance until my loan closed. She kept me up to date on the progress of the home builders, and was able to answer any questions that I had concerning the whole process. I would definitely use Chandra for selling or buying another home and would recommend her to others.

Chandra Woods was referred to me by a good friend who also purchased a home with Chandra's assistance. I could not be more grateful. Her attention to detail and ability to explain any and all aspects of my home buying journey were invaluable. She was available to me at all times and responded to any emails or texts within a couple of hours. She had information about each home that I was initially interested in and that really helped me to not waste time in my search. Chandra listened to me, was patient, and she was able to translate and understand exactly what I was looking for into a new home! She made the home-buying experience at times fun and bearable.
