Chandra Wright is the founder and principal broker for Wright Brokerage, whose mission is to provide comprehensive real estate services to our clients, delivering the benefits of in-depth expertise and intelligence in a “small shop” environment. By establishing creative partnerships, Wright has empowered a group of successful real estate professionals, especially women, in the formation of the brokerage, which provides commercial investor, landlord, and tenant representation, as well as retail and residential management, and home sales. Wright’s practice in real estate over the past two decades has encompassed brokering transactions; managing assets and construction projects; developing PUDs, multi-family, residential, and agricultural properties; coordinating joint ventures; funding, lending, and investing in US and Mexico income-producing properties.
A life-long entrepreneur, Chandra has created and operated several successful small businesses since the mid-1980s, and thrives on the design and development of successful business practices for the growth and enhancement of the owner-investors and employee-contributors. Wright’s career began with her first business in graphic design and publishing. Later, after work in the mental health field as a Counselor, Wright partnered in a family real estate firm, developing and managing a multi-state portfolio of properties.
A 2014 CCIM designee and candidate for a 2016 CPM, Wright is committed to excellence in the field of commercial real estate. She is the 2016 CCIM Mid-Atlantic Chapter VP/President-Elect and a 2015 graduate of CCIM’s Jay W. Levine Leadership Academy.
