The moment I came in contact with Chanee there was an instant connection. With me being a first time home buyer and not knowing what to ask for or say she was very patient and understanding. Whenever we went to look at a property Chanee always catered to your needs and made sure if that was what you wanted if not immediately we went to the next property. As a first time buyer it was scary enough but with Chanee not only did she make the experience less stressful but she became my therapist as well lol it was a long six month process due to things that wasn’t in her control but she still took the time to be patient, understanding and most of all positive. Recently, we assisted a Buyer find their forever home - my first time EVER teaming with anther real estate agent. Together, we quickly found the right property for our client (no easy feat in a Seller's market!), and made the entire home buying process seamless as we simultaneously educated and guided our client from contract to close. I live in another state and Chanee, provided me with all of the necessary information needed to sale our property and to get the best price. She kept me updated on a daily basis of any and all information that was needed to sale our property. She helped us find the lawyers, inspectors, and buyers in a quick and timely fashion, all while making sure that we knew exactly what step of the process we were in and what needed to be done next.

Chaneé Roby is an excellent agent and I highly recommend her!!

I live in another state and am not familiar with the Illinois property selling process. She walked me through the process, assisted in hiring a real estate lawyer, and reviewed the final paperwork explaining what is customary and what needed more clarification. Why is she excellent?!?! She provided services beyond broker responsibilities..during a hard snow, she went to the house and turned the faucets on to drip so the pipes wouldn’t freeze. We submitted a change of address form, but mail was delivered to the house anyway, she bundled the mail and forwarded it to us. The house was to be sold “as is” but we left it in shambles due to time constraints, she arranged for the house to be cleaned, furniture was left and she was able to find new homes for it, she even shipped us some clothing that had been left and a Chicago pizza!! She was the best agent and went above and beyond to address all of our needs. I would not blame her had she turned us down, but she did not. She more than earned the EXCELLENT rating and I would highly recommend her as a professional and knowledgeable agent with a demonstrated value for customer service. She is simply the best 😊

Chanee Roby was awesome, as soon as I called her, we were looking for homes the next day. When I told her I like one of the homes she contacted the owners right away and two maybe 3 days later we got the call saying we have the house. She was so professional. Thank you Chanee I love my new home.
