Raised in Oklahoma, Chanel grew up fishing and hunting alongside her father—an upbringing that shaped her work ethic, grit, and strong sense of community. She earned her BA in Political Science with a minor in African Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduation, her path briefly led to Miami, where she built a successful career in commercial acting, before her love for Chapel Hill pulled her back home.
Chanel is the co-owner of Hart & Jahoo Real Estate Group, where she helps lead a high-performing, collaborative team and works closely with agents across the country to deliver elevated strategy, advocacy, and results for clients at every price point.
