Chanelle is the gold standard of realtors! I had trouble selling my home due to working with an agent who really did not know how to advise me. Chanelle helped me purchase the home years ago, so I called her and she stepped in and turned things around for me with her professional knowledge and insight in current market trends, and tips for prepping the home in substantial ways, not just new paint and throw pillows. I recommend her for either side of the home sale table. You won't regret it.

Chanelle Barnes was very patient with me as a first time home buyer. I had appointments to view homes in both Baltimore city and Baltimore County. I had to have realistic goals for purchasing my home and Chanelle help set the pace for that to happen. I’m now in my townhome in Baltimore city. Just a year ago, I thought that would never happen, especially during this Covid pandemic. Throughout the buying process Chanelle was informative and knowledgeable. Through life trials and tribulations I’m now sitting in my own home after being a renter for many years. Five stars well deserved, I thank God for sending chanelle Barnes my way.

I contacted Chanelle in early May with a near impossible task of buying a home before my lease ended in July! Not only did Chanelle rise to the occasion and get me into my beautiful new home, but she made the process as stress free as possible! Chanelle was able to use her contacts to move me through the home buying process quickly and effectively. She kept my budget, timeline, and wants/needs for a home in mind as she moved me through the touring process, connected me with a lender, helped me submit offers, and worked with me closely up until settlement. I am a first time homebuyer, and I never felt like I was going through the process alone because Chanelle was with me during each step of the process and made herself available to me as a resource even beyond her duties as a buyer’s agent. Not only was I able to meet my deadline, but I now have a home I am in love with that is walking distance from my job. Working with Chanelle was a pleasure, especially as a first time homebuyer, because she shows genuine interest in her clients and is committed to putting you in a home that suits your needs! I cannot recommend her enough!
