I’m an extremely grateful to have meet and worked with this amazing woman. To say she was patient, supportive, caring, on time, grounded and committed to helping us find the right house is an understatement. I was happy and sad when we did find the house because I knew the times we shared were unmatched. She never complained as to how far she had to travel. By it being our first time buying a home she explained and thought us so much. I would refer her to anyone because that’s just how great she was to us. She takes pride in the work that she does. Might I add she great at what she does.

Chanelle started my journey to homeownership with me in April 2022. She began with assisting me with getting in touch with the right people to enhance my credit and chances of preapproval. Once my preapproval hit in April 2023 she was with me every step of the way from viewing houses to inspectors and contractors coming out to our property prior to closing. Her responsiveness to and patience with me while home shopping made me feel as though my needs and desires mattered to her as her own.
