When I first made contact with Chantel I was still not sure what I really wanted to do. Without being pushy she called and the sound of her reassuring voice, we started this home buying process. Within a week of talking I told her I was coming to VA and I was ready to buy. She made the time to show houses and by the end of that day we had on offer put in and next day we were under contract. She is very knowledgeable of the system and help me when I was ready to give up. She was there.
If I meet someone who is looking to buy a home I will refer them to Chantel. She was a Godsend for me .
