Chantell Hypolite-Leandre

Chantell Hypolite – Leandre is the Broker/Owner of NextHome Executives, where she serves residential buyers and sellers throughout Houston and its suburbs, including, but not limited to Richmond, Rosenberg, Katy, Missouri City, Cypress, and Spring. Chantell earned her Master’s degree in Urban Development and Environmental Policy with a Specialization in Housing & Community Development from Texas Southern University. Chantell has earned several Top Producer awards and is ranked among the top 15 percent of agents. She is known for her dedication to clients and her ability to provide world-class service, ensuring her clients are informed and supported every step of the way.

Today, Chantell combines her expertise in real estate with industry-leading tools to deliver exceptional service to Houston Area homebuyers. “Our clients’ needs always come before our commissions,” Chantell says. “We provide world-class service. Chantell is deeply committed to her community, particularly in supporting Houston’s homeless and underserved populations. Chantell has been a sponsor of a garden bed at the Blodgett Community Garden, where fresh produce is grown and distributed to residents in Houston’s Third Ward. Chantell also volunteers with The Bag Ladies Organization, providing feminine hygiene kits to homeless women. She leverages her City Planning experience with the local homeless coalition and is an active member of Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church, serving on the Courtesy Corp leadership team. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Originally from Lumberton, Mississippi, Chantell is the proud wife of Walner Leandre Sr. and mother to two boys, Carter and Walner II (Deuce). She is also the proud dog mom of a Yorkie named Jase and a Lab mix rescue named Cooper. When she’s not helping clients or serving her community, Chantell enjoys riding bikes, DIY projects, and visiting the zoo with her family.
