Chantelle is an amazing realtor! She went above and beyond to assist in finding my family the best apartment. Once we decided we wanted the unit she did everything in her power to ensure we got this unit. Even after we moved in she was able to assist us with unforeseen issues that resulted from the previous tenant. Any time I needed her or had questions she responded in a timely manner. Chantelle is extremely professional, resourceful, and down to earth. She’s a great realtor and even better person! Definitely use her for all your real estate needs!

Chantelle is absolutely amazing at what she does. I began working with her a few months ago as a client ins watch of an apartment in Chicago. I was very discouraged because of my credit and not knowing where to start in my search process. Chantelle created a financial plan for me and was very informative, patient and professional. Months later my credit has improved tremendously and I was just approved for a great apartment. I will definitely continue to work with her on improving my credit further and my journey towards home ownership in the future. Oh my goodness, where do I start. Here comes the "Happy Tears" Chantelle was super fast, prompt to all communications and showing appointments, but MOST of all she LISTENED to me and my family's needs and found us the PERFECT PROPERTY to call home. Chantelle is awesome at what she does. My house caught fire in the middle of this COVID pandemic. Chantelle assisted me by helping me understand the entire process: what to expect, what to ask the insurance company for, and who was the best licensed and bond contractor to hire for the job. She multi tasks, is a hardworking professional, who went the extra mile to make sure to help me begin a new life, and that any requests I might have had, were taken care of immediately.
