After being laid off from one of the top corporate iBuyer real estate brokerages on the east coast at the time; a newly found passion for self-empowerment & business efficiency molded and continues to mold what is now Chan Phillips Real Estate. Licensed in June 2016 with more than one hundred transactions closed experience & expertise are the foundation of CPRE . They realize that technology is a great asset in real estate, and they also understand it will never replace the importance of relationships in this industry.
