If you need to buy or sell a home, you need Chancie. If you are thinking of selling and just need someone to help you decide if the time is right for you and what to do to get your home ready, you need Chancie.

Having Chancie as your realtor is like joining a team and making a friend. Anything you need help with, she can give you referrals and let you pick what is best for you. You have a concern, just call or text her, and she is right there with a response.

Chancie knows the market so she has great insight, and her marketing strategies are the best I have ever seen. No one will work harder for you!

Chance is licensed to sell in a wide range of area in Alabama. I moved an hour away from the home I sold and she could handle selling my home and helped me find a new one to purchase.
