Char Ekoniak is a tenacious, results-driven real estate professional whose passion lies in delivering a positive and memorable experience for every client. A Southern California native and longtime Carmel Valley resident, Char brings over two decades of real estate expertise and a deep-rooted network of developers, investors, and buyers who trust her to navigate even the most complex transactions with grace and precision.

After earning her BA in Communications from CSU Long Beach, Char quickly recognized that strong communication is the foundation of every successful business relationship. Her journey from Huntington Beach to San Diego began when she married her husband, a now-retired Navy SEAL. Like many, they fell in love with America’s Finest City and chose it as the perfect place to raise their son.

In 2009, Char founded Coastal Rock Realty, a boutique brokerage built on the pillars of service, experience, and dedication. Her leadership and business acumen attracted like-minded agents, and the firm has flourished ever since—serving clients across San Diego and Orange County. Char’s passion for real estate began with touring model homes and evolved through her background as a small business owner, blending creativity with strategy.
