A Carmel Valley resident and a seasoned player in the real estate community, Char has a robust network of developers, investors, and buyers who put their trust in her to navigate them through even the trickiest of transactions.

After graduating from CSU Long Beach with a BA in Communications, Char quickly learned that communication is key in any successful business relationship. Char made her way down to San Diego from Huntington Beach when she married her husband, now retired Navy SEAL. Like many others who get a taste of America’s Finest City, they decided it would be their forever home and no better place than to raise their son.

In 2009, Char’s leadership skills and business acumen lead her to create Coastal Rock Realty. Her prior success in the industry made other agents gravitate to her brokerage, and the company and its culture have been thriving ever since. Now servicing San Diego and Orange County the brokerage continues to grow. Her interest in real estate started from touring model homes and business background as a small business owner brought the two worlds together. Fast forward to today, Char has been selling residential real estate for nearly two decades and has built an award-winning brand that closes high volumes of transactions with grace, integrity, and expertise.
