Charene Clark became our Real Estate agent twenty one years ago when we she was highly recommended, by someone in the real estate business, to help us navigate the sale of our home in Waterford and find another house to purchase. She was very patient with us in both endeavors especially when we shook our heads no to lots of houses to purchase. She finally hit the jackpot with the perfect house and again navigated us through the offers…several, then the paperwork and the closing all during the Christmas holidays.
She knows the real estate business inside and out. She could deal with the lawyers for all aspects of the sale and the new purchase. She quickly went from being a business relationship to a dear friend over those months and now for twenty two years.
Fast forward twenty years and Charene taking us through the possibility of selling the home we purchased, had done a tremendous amount of work on and loved so much. Because of my husband’s illness, I was the decision maker. One day it was yes, look for another house, no, a condo, no, not moving…for several months Charene put up with this with patients and kindness. Death trumps everything else and suddenly it was time for me to sell (by then) my home with a broken heart. Again, Charene stepped up and helped me through looking at condos, condo homes and more…again with infinite patience..Again, I was indecisive. Going one day, staying the next. Finally, I faced the reality that I had to move. Charene found the perfect condo home for me and helped me through a very difficult time in my life. Many thanks Charene.

Charene was extremely helpful and supportive to my daughter and son in law while trying to navigate locating and purchasing a home across the country. It was definitely a stressful situation for them. It started with a phone call from me inquiring about a property that was no longer available. Charene asked what could she help with. I explained. My daughter contacted her the next day. The rest is happy history.
I am so glad that we contacted Ms. Clark and would do it again should the situation ever arise.
