She is the Founder and Owner of Gardner & Associates REIF, a Milwaukee-based real estate and investment firm serving clients throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. She previously served as a Property Assessor for the State of Wisconsin, giving her strong expertise in property valuation and real estate analysis. She is also a licensed contractor who works on residential and commercial development and renovation projects.
